Thank you for your order, David. Despite increasing transport costs, we have not increased customer delivery charges for several years to remain competitive. For clarity, you were charged £40 for a palletised ceramic delivery to Southport, and this is shown at Checkout prior to ordering. It is great to hear you are pleased with your product.
