One thing I will say was the customer is expected to unload the van which if I had known I wouldn’t have ordered as I am unable to lift due to medical reasons.
Driver could barely stand/ so company should not have allowed him out on his own as it’s a health and safety risk.

Returns policy is poor we had a damaged toilet seat which we are having to pay for a new one as it has been longer that 14 days since purchase. Puts us off using online companies as there is also expensive carriage charges.
Purchasing the new toilet seat from a local plumbing merchant with no carriage charge and if it is damaged they will swap it for a new one
