“Returns policy is poor we had a damaged toilet seat which we are having to pay for a new one as it has been longer that 14 days since purchase. Puts us off using online companies as there is also expensive carriage charges. Purchasing the new toilet seat from a local plumbing merchant with no carriage charge and if it is damaged they will swap it for a new one”

Hello again, Matt. As we discussed on the phone, the goods were delivered over two weeks ago and later shipped by you from the original delivery destination, hence our refusal to replace the item. Our terms for notifying damages - as dictated by our suppliers - are within 48 hours of delivery.
