“Bought some side steps from here with brackets. The side steps were smashed when I opened the box but I know that’s not necessarily the fault of trade van but rather the courier. What is trade vans fault is there was no protective packaging such as bubble wrap/foam or any padding of any kind in the box. It was just a cardboard box with no protection for £220 worth of product. If it’s not protected then it’s going to smash which is what happened. The refund was issued without problem and good communication but I will not be buying from these in the future if they cannot put any protection on an expensive item.”

Customer ordered his item during the Xmas period to be delivered to Northern Ireland. Under normal circumstances delivery to NI addresses can take 3-5 business days. However due to busy times such as holidays this can delay shipping times. Customer didn't want to wait for this so asked us to cancel the order. We had to arrange with the courier to send the item back. A full refund was issued for the customer as he had cancelled his order. We always strive for our orders to be delivered on time, but due to certain holidays or other busy periods this can be affected. Please always reach out to us for any time frames, tracking info or other questions regarding shipments.

“cheap material, 3 piddly little brackets, when you stand on it the boards bend, instructions are useless, you have 9 blurry pictures of I don’t even know what I’m looking at, all in all I’ll give you a whopping 1 star because you keep spamming me to leave a review and so I have. Could you please send some pictures of how and where you are fitting the brackets to the vehicle, so we can get our fitting technician to inspect this, and offer advice. The running boards we offer have been weight tested up to 150kgs. When fitted correctly you will get a sturdy fitting and boards that do not bend when you stand on them. Having 3 brackets per side on the VW Tiguan is plenty enough to ensure that the boards are usable to stand on. If you can get in contact with our customer service team, we are confident we can get to the bottom of this for you and help in the correct fitting of your sidesteps. Best regards, TVA Styling

“I ordered some mokka running boards as a xmas present for my wifes 2016 mokka. She is obsessed with her car and was going on and on about some running boards. After finding trade van accessories via Google and reading their reviews i purchased some and within 2 days they were at my home undamaged and ready to go. The running boards themselves look fantastic and the fixing brackets themselves fit perfectly to the car with no messing. I would highly recommend using this company. The only concern that i did have was that when i paid to pending payment showed up at a go fund me account but my mind was put as ease when i got a tracking number from a reputable courier stating it was on its wzy Perfect service great boards”
