“I have to say that we were a little annoyed when we were told one day for the delivery and then called late that day to say sorry that we won't be delivering them as they had not been made. Unfortunately also the driver for the company was banging on the door to the point I thought he was gonna break the glass.”

“The packages arrived well wrapped I think the instructions could be better but that aside the frame pieces were generally ok had to tweak the tabs on a few of them I think there needs to be a warning about spacing the shelves as getting the wood in place is not easy”

“The rack was not expensive and as such I got what I paid for, very frustrating to put together but after about 95 minutes we did it. Some of the tongues that we thought we put in correctly had not slotted through and sections had to be redone so all in all we did it. Not going to store anything of great weight on it but will be really useful In the garage. A bit onthe flimsy side but, reasonably priced. Quick delivery so reasonable overall .”

“Excellent service with next day delivery. But fiddly to fit the parts together, even with two people. Ours is in a shed, and required anchoring to the wall to provide stability.”

“What I bought is money worthy and I am satisfied on that but the price which was showing is actually before tax which looks very cheap price at first site when I saw and become surprised. And also shipping charge applies on it which makes big difference of figure at checkout Will be better if try to show actual price when putting ad. I could have turned after seeing this but didn't .”

“The racking arrived a day early, so it has not been opened as yet. One of the packages is badly battered but we are hoping that it is just the packaging which is damaged. We plan to erect next week, but i am away until 15 December. I would like to add that the Mail delivery driver was exceptionally helpful and considerate. A delight to deal with nothing was too much trouble. If only all drivers were as helpful”
