“The cravats we received were fine, good quality etc just not the right colour which is my bad. Exchanging for the correct colour and as long as I receive those in replacement of the wrong colour ones then they should be fine and I'd then fully recommend the tie specialists!so far so good with communication as I emailed to say I wanted to change the colour and had feedback within the same day.”
