“Service was excellent with a very quick delivery. Had to speak to the office and the enquiry was dealt with professionally and efficiently but with friendliness as well. However, the photos of the waistcoats were slightly misleading in that they were depicted with hankies in the top pocket which weren’t included and the website wasn’t clear as to what the ‘options’ area of the order form was for. It certainly didn’t seem to be about the hankies. Having received the hanky - only 2 days delivery - I find it’s quite large and the pocket quite small. Also the pocket is VERY tightly sewn up and I’m worried about cutting the material in order to release it. I’ll probably be returning the hanky for a refund. All in all I was very pleased with the service I received and the quality of the item. Just a few tweaks needed on the website for computer dummies like me! Thank you.”
