“Although my call could not be taken when I rang it elicited a very prompt response from Michelle who arranged the online order which I was struggling to complete. Despite an issue with the local carrier (not the fault of this merchant) the problem was swiftly resolved. Well done all round. By the way, they sell excellent wine!”

A unique aspect of the Vinorium is the continuous variety of new wines being introduced and that is why I am always buying from them,. “This is why I buy wine from the Vinorium. I discovered them at the beginning of the covid 19 pandemic and was thrilled to find such a great range of wines, with particular focus on Australia. I often read reviews and scores and that doesn’t always translate into whether or not I’ll like a wine once I get to taste it. I found that Stu’s reviews and scores tended to align with my tastes, and so his palate has become one I believe I can trust when it comes to buying blind. I’ve not been disappointed. Getting to know more about the industry, producers and the entire process (shipping times and costs, packaging costs etc) through the blog articles is invaluable. Not to mention the faultless service and friendliness of the whole team.”
