“Faultless as ever! Fortunately managed to secure some of the Tolpuddle pinot before it sold out - I find the 'xx bottles remaining' very helpful. Website easy to navigate, quality wines at every price point, delivery is always on point and carefully packed. Fantastic!”

“I've been using The Vinorium for some time now and have made a significant number of orders, some simple, some complex and som amended via a quick email. Every single one has been delivered on time without any issues. As a comparison I just had delivered a single bottle of champagne from a well known middle class supermarket's online "Cellar" operation, it was the wrong vintage so now I have to work to correct their mistake. I'd therefore go as far as to say that the greatest asset of The Vinorium team isn't their wine selections, it's their attention to detail and getting things right.”

“I have never been a big fan of young Shiraz from the New World. All that tannin and fruit in a big mouth bomb never turned me on. Then I came across some mature (2004) Shiraz from the Vinorium, what a difference a few years makes! Since then I have been a regular visitor to the website and picked up some interesting stuff that can keep in bond for a few years before being processed and delivered very promptly by the admin team. They seem to be the only company that has access to mature Shiraz and at such reasonable prices. Bravo!”

“Really this company should get more than 5 stars. The thing that marks a great company from a good company is not really the fabulous range of wine or the speed of delivery or the fantastic quality of the wines. It is the way they treat customers. I can honestly say I never experienced surprising service from ANY company EVER period. My latest experience is the third time I have received such astonishing customer focus. This time I had ordered a couple of cases (or the quite rare Wild Duck Creek) The order was placed and all was fine. I then got an email to say the the early order discount had expired at 9am the morning of my order but since it was so close, the team would honour the old price and I was given the discount (£66 refund). You could have knocked me down With a feather - honestly how many companies do you know would give a discount, unasked for and unearned! What a company!”

“My husband wanted a bottle of wine from Margaret Valley. I looked online at a variety of sellers and The Vinorium had the best selection. I was able to buy 6 different bottles, at different prices. I labelled the bottles from cheapest to most expensive (a range from £16.00 - £45.00) and included the reviews. He loved his birthday present. The Vinorium kept me up to date with the delivery and it couldn't have gone more smoothly.”
