I've been using The Vinorium for some time now and have made a significant number of orders, some simple, some complex and som amended via a quick email. Every single one has been delivered on time without any issues. As a comparison I just had delivered a single bottle of champagne from a well known middle class supermarket's online "Cellar" operation, it was the wrong vintage so now I have to work to correct their mistake. I'd therefore go as far as to say that the greatest asset of The Vinorium team isn't their wine selections, it's their attention to detail and getting things right.
