“I really wanted to try these. I live in Dublin Ireland and paid €30 postage and packing. I honestly don't understand the costing of this small package. But arrived quickly.”

“Difficult for me to rate to be honest as I’m suffering from SIBO and tried these at the end of my treatment, going on six weeks now and to be honest I’m back to square one with it and suffering terribly on a daily basis. I’ve seen no improvement on these but then again I still have SIBO sadly”

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your review. I can see that you've tried our 7 day sample pack. We usually recommend taking the probiotics for 6 months to help replenish the healthy bacteria in the Gut. Hello Valerie, we are delighted you are happy with our product! You will be pleased to know that we have recently moved our Black Garlic with Vitamin D into pouches. Glass bottles are used to maintain the product stability but we have enough evidence of stability for us to be able to move this one into a biodegradable pouch. We always welcome feedback from our customers as it helps further develop our products, so thank you.

“I have only just started with Gut Love, which arrived after I asked after days 10, if they had been sent. Unfortunately they hadn’t been sent although the money was taken straight away. Anyhow, I’ve haven’t had any problems internally so I’m sure I will like them, hope so.”

“Great service - so far I’ve not noticed any benefits from taking the supplement but I’m going to continue taking then as saffron is meant to be good for managing anxiety so I’m hoping that the effects start to kick in.”

Hi Ashley, If you have acute anxiety symptoms then you can take up to four Saffrosun capsules daily for up to two weeks or until symptoms are under control. After this time you would reduce to the usual two capsules daily. I hope this is helpful,

“I had to stop buying the vitimin c capsules as the last 4 would always go off, dark and hard, so I’m buying from a different company . Marine magnesium seem to be fine so keep buying them on repeat .”

“Lovely products but would love to see the website more manageable, especially when trying to manage my subscription. It would be good to have the option to skip a subscription rather than just cancel it which I have also had trouble with as it doesn’t process that request at all. I just get a continual circle of dots going round and round!”

Hello Charlotte, Thank you for getting in touch. We are working hard to restore Royal Mail in partnership with An Post as our preferred delivery option to ROI but unfortunately, currently, this service has resulted in a large percentage of the orders being returned undelivered due to customs restrictions. For now, what some customers have done to help offset the delivery fee is to order ar larger quantity but less frequently, or have your order delivered to an NI address if applicable, there are no issues shipping to NI.
