Never received last two delivery’s paid for Kindly let me know where they are ‘ what is the delay or refund my money - I shall have to take it up with the fraud squad at this stage I guess

Dear Beatrice, We apologise profusely for any inconvenience or delays you have experienced with your order/s. We have looked into this for you and your most recent order for Metabolic Gold for some reason has been returned by the courier to our fulfillment centre. We have therefore refunded you for this order in full and have requested that a replacement order be sent as priority. First, I would like to say I ordered this for my child 1 month ago and I still have not received my package so how can I even leave a review? second! there is a subscription that is apparently under my card now! Why am I paying for something that is 1 month overdue and now you are charging me for a second month?

Well it would be great if I could leave a review considering I've yet to receive my order and the tracking Royal Mail is not working. I really hope this wasn't a scam!!

Thank you for your review. Many people start to notice an improvement of symptoms with Saffrosun with Vitamin B12 from around day 5/6 onwards but it can take a little longer for others so would recommend a trial for 1 month. I ordered this for my daughter who lives in London it never arrived and tracking it on “Shop” it seems it went to Northen Ireland ! I live in Penzance ! So no where near either is us and no help from the company as it’s impossible to contact them !

Hi, I think you might have left this review for the wrong company! The order referred to had a Penzance shipping address, not a London one, and was delivered by Penzance Delivery Office on 2nd June, not to Northern Ireland. In addition, we haven't received any contact attempts from you via email or telephone across any of our lines. I bought saffronsun took it for 4days and felt terrible. I had a break. Took it again felt tired all the time. Emailed them to ask if others had bad affects, and their pharmacist advised to stop taking it. No return or refund offered, which is very bad customer care. At £35, I feel ripped off. I don't trust this company and wouldn't buy from again.
