“Didn't work for me. I have acid reflux a d unfortunately when I took tbe recommended 2 tablets a day my reflux worsened so I had to stop taking.”

Hi Karen, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We're sorry to hear that you didn't see the benefit you were looking for. Probiotics can often cause symptoms of bloating when you first start taking them but this usually settles down within 1-2 weeks. I would recommend continuing on one capsule a day. “All was ok until i followed advice to take 2 tablets then I was horrifically constipated. Made me quite unwell. Stopped taking them altogether now.”

Hi Leigh, Probiotics can sometimes cause some temporary symtoms such as bloating or a change in bowel habits whilst the healthy bactieria starts to build up in the gut. This should pass after a few weeks and then you should see an improvement in your gut health. “bought Bergatone for my cholesterol,took it for 4 months and cholesterol actually increased. complete waste of money”

Hi Deborah Sorry to hear that the Bergamot has not been effective in this case. We have proven clinical research and many testimonials that show Bergatomot does reduce cholesterol for the vast majority of users. However, within the clinical trials cases there are people that respond more than the average and some with results lower than the average (calculated from the total trial population). One of our customer care team will be in touch to provide a refund voucher. My recommendation is that you try another product with a different mode of action such as red rice yeast extract or high strength oleuropein from olive leaf. “I purchased Saffrosun with marine minerals to help with sleep. They didn’t help at all, they made me sleepy during the day, (directions say take after breakfast) and gave me diarrhoea which meant I couldn’t leave the house. Waste of money.”

“As a company I’m sure they’re great. Product arrived in great time and they seemed to help restless legs but I can’t tolerate the magnesium capsules. Stomach in tatters. Took as directed (with food).”

“Haven’t noticed any difference yet in terms of my inflammation issues, still sore, I have been taking two capsules every morning with breakfast. It has only been 2 weeks so I’m going to stick with it and see how it goes.”

“Placing the order was straight forward and I received delivery in a timely manner. My big problem is with the actual product itself- I ordered the Vitamin D supplement. I take other supplements easily but find the Naked Pharmacy Vitamin D difficult to take. The pills have an unpleasant taste from them and they are difficult to swallow. For this reason I will be looking for alternative Vitamin D elsewhere.”
