Hi Deborah Sorry to hear that the Bergamot has not been effective in this case. We have proven clinical research and many testimonials that show Bergatomot does reduce cholesterol for the vast majority of users. However, within the clinical trials cases there are people that respond more than the average and some with results lower than the average (calculated from the total trial population). One of our customer care team will be in touch to provide a refund voucher. My recommendation is that you try another product with a different mode of action such as red rice yeast extract or high strength oleuropein from olive leaf. “Was sceptical when reading 5 star reviews but these products work. I am taking Saffrosun B12 and Marine magnesium. In 3 weeks have gone from 5 hours sleep to 7 + hours. In general I feel more relaxed. I am going to move to subscription😀”
