“My partner and I took out a mortgage with James at the Needham Mortgage centre. James was recommended to us by a family member. He was very thorough and got as a Mortgage in principal very quickly. He even kept us up to date with any changes to interest rates so we could get the best deal possible. Would definitely recommend !”

“As a first-time buyer back in 2017, I knew straight away that I wanted to work with Needham Market Mortgage Centre, especially James Rice. He and the company had previously helped my mum with multiple house moves, so there was a real sense of trust and reassurance from the start. I was lucky that James was still there to support and guide me, just as he had done for her. Being a first-time female buyer was quite daunting. There were terms I didn’t understand and the financial side felt overwhelming. James took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that made sense to me; no jargon, no pressure, and never making me feel silly for asking questions. He was endlessly patient and genuinely focused on finding the best options to suit my individual needs. Since then, I’ve contacted James several times for remortgaging. Each time, he’s not only found me excellent deals but has also provided reassurance during challenging periods like Covid and the recent rises in mortgage rates. Everything with Needham Market Mortgage Centre has always run smoothly and to deadline. I truly can’t recommend them, and James, enough.”

“We used NMMC when we were looking to buy our first home and we had very little understanding of how to go about getting a mortgage, what we would be eligible for, or anything really. They made it easy to understand, helped us through the process and offered a good selection of options for us to choose the most suitable one for our circumstances. That was about 7 years ago and I have been back for all of our renewals. I would highly recommend them.”

“I used Stowmarket Mortgage Centre for my first mortgage, they made the process very simple taking the time to explain the process of "Right to Buy" to me in more detail, ensuring my deal was right for me. I renewed my mortgage through them in November this was when there was uncertainty with interest rates, the gentleman dealing with me was incredibly patient as I worried about this. He called me several times, taking the time to explain deadlines and the process for renewing, reassuring me and again, making sure I had the best deal possible.”
