“We used Kenton at Ipswich Mortgage Centres for our first house purchase. Kenton and everyone were extremely helpful, patient and more than happy to answer all questions (of which there were many as a FTB). Kenton was especially patient with our multiple failed house purchases during the process. Kenton got us a great rate and overall deal in a timely fashion. We know we can count on them to get us the best rate when our fixed term is up. Would highly recommend anyone looking at mortgage brokers to use Ipswich Mortgage Centre. Thanks again!”

“Myself and my Mum went to Needham Mortgage Centre and we were very concerned as we had an idea but didn't really know how to achieve it! However, after a recommendation we contacted Needham Mortgage Centre and were put into the brilliant hands of Rachel. She was very helpful, reassuring and supported us the whole way through. Everything was sorted with great professionalism and they always on the ball. Everything went through so quick. We can't thank you enough. Would highly recommend.”

“I was recommended Ipswich mortgage centre by a colleague who had a positive experience and I am glad I went with them. Iain was very patient and took his time to explain everything. This was my first purchase and Iain’s continuous work to get everything done meant my purchase went through before the mortgages and markets went haywire. I was so relieved, I would definitely use again.”

“I used Stowmarket mortgage centre earlier this year to secure a mortgage to undertake some home renovations. I dealt with Suzanne who was very helpful and made the process easy for me. “Had a problem getting a mortgage through the banks due to technically being self-employed, I went to Needham Mortgage Centre and spoke to a mortgage advisor there called Mark Gardiner who explained the process to me. Within a few days, he found a couple of lenders that may provide me with a mortgage. I fill out one form and then waited as Mark did all the footwork in the background, before I know it I had a mortgage in principle, and moved into my new place within 2 months after that. Needham Mortgage Centre did all the work getting the best mortgage for me, I expected the process to be more stressful but it was relatively straight. My mortgage advisor Mark was fantastic keeping me up to date and clearly explaining the steps as we went along, he was also always very polite and friendly on the phone. I would definitely recommend using Needham Mortgage Centre if you struggle to get a mortgage directly from the banks or if you have complicated work circumstances.”

“Jon at Needham has looked after me for nearly 10 years, he always remembers to make contact when our mortgage renews, he never offers anything that we don’t need and tailors our mortgage to suit our needs, so good I’ve got my mum to use them.”
