“Mark Gardiner was my mortgage advisor and honestly he was amazing throughout the whole process. Before Mark contacted me I was at a complete loss as to whether I would ever own my own home due to other mortgage affordability calculators with other organisations. Mark spoke everything through with me at every step of the way, and answered every single one of my questions (there were a few, as I knew absolutely nothing about the process of buying a house!). Mark always made himself available to speak to me, I feel like he went above and beyond for me and my situation, which I really did appreciate. I do not have the right words to describe my gratitude to Mark, if it wasn’t for him I don’t think I would be sitting in my very own house right now. I had such a fantastic experience because of Mark, i would recommend him and your organisation to anyone looking to purchase a house, especially if you are a first time buyer.
