“We are more than happy with the service we received from The Mortgage Centre when purchasing our new property. Our advisor Matthew Bendell was brilliant from start to finish nothing was too much. He answered every email and call and at times when we needed reassurance or were uncertain of what we needed to do or provide he talked us through all the processes and told us not to worry. He contacted our solicitor on our behalf to help with any issues that occurred which was a relief at times. I would definitely recommend The Ipswich Mortgage Centre and use them again”

“In December of 2023 we contacted many mortgage centres in the Ipswich area in regards to moving back to Ipswich form New Zealand where we had been living for the past 10 years. Thomas Hobbin was the only person to reply to us helping us with info and various documents we would need to purchase a property. We moved back in April of 2024 and met Thomas a week later. Once we had an offer accepted on a house the process with Thomas was very easy and seamless. at no point was thwre any stress or panic, it was actually like dealing with a friend i had known for a long time. everything went through seamlessly and we moved into our house in November of this year. We felt that because Thomas was the only one to reply to us we wanted to use his services. We would highly recommend Thomas and we are sure everone at Ipswich Mortgage Centres works to the same values. Matt and Leanda Adamson”
