“James at Stowmarket Mortgage came recommended by a family member and he went above and beyond to ensure our mortgage application and house purchase went as smoothly as possible. “John is brilliant, as is his colleagues. Support is there even when some one is on holiday. They contact you in good time to remind you and try and get you the best deal. Life insurance and mortgage, they are there to help. Also assist with every question thrown at them, which great”

“We’ve had two mortgages now with the mortgage centre and both times they have been absolutely brilliant. We dealt with John Pollard who along with the staff at the Needham Market office were diligent, hard working and fantastic in helping us sort two very tricky mortgages. I truly believe that it hadn’t been for John and his team we would have not been able to get our mortgage. Can’t recommend them highly enough!!”

“For us this was an excellent choice of Mortgage Centre. Dave was the advisor who looked after us, right from the start he was an asset to our search, literally within 2 hours he had found us a great deal! He was then very thorough and professional throughout, going as far as chasing up our solicitors if he thought they were dragging their feet. He kept in touch weekly so we knew exactly what stage we were at and always called when he said he would. In Dave’s absence we still felt very connected and there was always someone at the end of the phone who was familiar with our case. Really can’t recommend this team enough, we will be using them again shortly when we are looking to re-mortgage.”

“100% worth the money As a first time buyer I didn't really know where to start, I contacted IPMC and was paired with Will as my adviser. We initially went through affordability on a call and Will put my mind at ease that this was the right decision for my future, he also explained all of the steps that we needed to take so I had complete faith in the process. No question was ever too silly! Will even helped me with locations as he was familiar with the areas I was looking to buy. Sadly my initial purchase fell through however as soon as I had found a new property a quick email to Will and he was on the ball straight away so it was like the process had never ended. Will was quick to respond to emails, send paperwork or call me back despite being in the midst of the pandemic. He was always super friendly and helpful. I honestly don't think I could have done the process as a first time buyer without them. I look forward to dealing with them when my fixed term is up!”

“Great support and Knowledge Rene made the process easy and straightforward. Her updates were regular and appreciated. She also displayed a great knowledge of products. For a variety of reasons we have struggled to obtain conventional life insurance and previous brokers have left this is the too difficult category. René’s knowledge of alternative companies and their needs was exceptional and for the first time I have secured life insurance. Would definitely recommend and look forward to working with them again when our fixed rate ends. Thank you.”
