“We had James from Needham Market do our first original mortgage and then are renew too, we can’t recommend him enough. He spends so much time explaining and making everything clear and called us for regular updates. He honestly made everything so easy, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“When our morgage comes up for renewal, The Mortgage centre has been our first call for over six years. I would reccomend them to anyone who, like us wasn't that confident about what to do as the process was so easy”

“We've been using Needham Mortgage Centre since we first bought our home in 2011, with several remortages since then. When we were first getting on to the housing ladder we had quite unique circumstances, but John Pollard was able to find a solution that worked perfectly for us. He has always provided the most excellent and friendly advice and service through all our remortages, making the process unbelievably easy and seamless. We'd be lost without him!”

“Mark was exceptional in assisting me with my remortgage and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a mortgage product. “John Pollard is very polite and helpful and sticks to his words. my mortgage fix rate was ending and John call to let me know and said he will have a look and find it cheaper for 6 months he would always phone to say he found it cheaper and changed to the cheap rate which I was very happy about that he done that for me, he was always professional throughout and helpful will recommend him to Friends and family such a great service.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from srart to finish. The staff( in particular John) were on the ball and guided us through the whole mortgage process getting us the best deal possible. The fee's were very competitive and saved us money in the long term. Huge thanks to all,and I'd definitely recommend giving them a call.”

“Rachel helped us achieve buying the house of our dreams with her extensive knowledge of different styles of income and the vast market available she really honed in on a great mortgage for us which enabled us to have a budget way beyond our initial considerations and was consistently checking all of the variables. Rachel was a true pleasure to liaise with in all areas and even went the extra mile when neither of our work schedules could accommodate a phone call within normal hours. I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel and her team to anybody looking to get a mortgage.”
