“Excellent! I always get good service from The Independent Pharmacy. I receive my items quickly and I would definitely recommend them. If I could suggest anything to make it even easier, I wish the packaging could be a bit smaller so my item could be delivered through the letterbox. It's not excessively packaged, and I know they have to make sure medication is safe but it is tricky for me at times to get to answer the door as I look after my mum. However, this is the only thing that I would change and I am grateful to receive the medication when required. Many thanks”

Items which we send generally come in a sealed box from the manufacturer, and are always quality checked upon dispatch, however on very rare occasions we appreciate a customer may receive a defective item, and in these instances we will always be happy to send a replacement item.
