Good Afternoon, Thanks for the feedback, we appreciate the opportunity to support our customers with any concerns. I can see that you mentioned you are currently around a month into your treatment with this medication which you are correct to say is a bit too early to see results. Treatment with this medication should continue in accordance with the instructions until the area has grown out and recovered. Depending on the speed of growth, this is usually around 6 to 12 months. You should however start to see an improvement before this time as the healthy area starts to grow out. In addition with every order we send 'Transactional' emails which confirm that an order has been received and dispatched, we then send a post purchase email which contains important information on the product you have purchased to demonstrate duty of care as a fully regulated Online Pharmacy. We also send out a follow-up email shortly after a parcel has been dispatched to check everything has been ok with your order when you receive it, which you can respond to if you experience any issues. This helps us ensure that any problems with orders can be resolved promptly or any questions which you have can be answered.
