“I thought I would try this online service given my doctors do not appear to answer the phone anymore. However, the medicine I bought, antibiotic ear drops, did not help with my ear infection. Instead I had to visit a trainee medical assistant at my doctors, who was able to prescribe a more effective antibiotic.”
