“I feel delivery is too long. Thankfully I had a minor aliment but if you needed antibiotics etc it’s too long to wait even the express. I ordered my prescription on a Saturday and product came following Thursday!”

We are also sorry to hear that the parcel arrived later than you had anticipated. We are only open and processing orders during weekdays and we endeavour to ensure the delivery timescales for parcels are as clear as possible. The expected delivery dates are therefore shown within the checkout pages when the delivery service is selected as well as confirmed within the order confirmation and dispatch confirmation emails. From reviewing your order we can see it was placed over a weekend and was dispatched the next available working day, with the courier showing a successful delivery on the first day of the expected timescale. “An excellent service with very quick delivery. My only criticism is being asked for the same information each time (i.e. provision of photo, describing symptoms and questions regarding medical history) even when re-ordering the same medication. I provided it initially on first order (understandably) but then again on the re-order - and was then contacted separately again via the pharmacy/GP to provide which caused a slight delay. This is possibly an admin/website oversight.”

As a fully regulated online pharmacy, we want to ensure that all medication that we provide is safe, effective, and appropriate for our patients thus use a series of clinical guidelines to ensure a consistent decision is made for all of our patients. Within these guidelines and as we are unable to see you in a face to face consultation, we ask all of our patients to complete the brief online consultation with each order so that our pharmacists have access to all of the pertinent information required to provide you with your medicine. For repeat orders, the consultation is shorter however we do still need to ask the remaining questions to understand how you are doing on the treatment and if anything has changed in your medical history. To provide more specific information on your order our support team have reached out to you directly.
