“I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Independent Pharmacy. I have been with them throughout my weight loss journey (on Mounjaro) and found them to be supportive and thorough. The website is easy to use to reorder my prescription, and it always arrives next day with tracked delivery. I was concerned about how they might handle maintenance now that I’m at my goal weight, especially as I’d read about a lot of providers cutting off patients once they were at a healthy bmi. I had nothing to be worried about as they are maintenance-friendly and continue to support me in ensuring I maintain my health and weight.”

“The online consultation was easy to follow and complete. Despatch of my item was very fast and the communication excellent from both the pharmacy and Royal Mail. There was even a follow up after receipt to make sure I understood how to take the medication to get the best benefit. Very professional and absolutely would recommend.”
