“Unfortunately I bought a product that didn’t agree with my skin, no fault of the Independent Pharmacy just my skin type can be prone to allergic reactions. However, when I contacted them to ask if I could potentially have a refund as I only used a product once and simply couldn't use it again due to a allergic reaction, they did not hesitate to contact me. I spoke to a lovely lady from customer service named Holly, who is a credit to your team! She was extremely caring and professional about my query and I am very thankful. Although I can’t buy that specific product again, I would certainly use this service again as they were incredibly understanding and caring of my medical situation.”
