Not as easy as it could be to order, tried three times to do a second order for my partner, gave up, went to another site which was much simper! However, I did receive my order within three days whch was ok.

The registration form was straight forward, easy to complete and medication recommendations were immediate. Ordering was simple and my package arrived in a few days. Very happy with the service I received.

I ordered my medication and received swiftly unfortunately the pen glass was cracked and the liquid (wegovy) leaked out I sent photographs of the pen along with an email to them saying it had arrived damaged and that I would happily return it and required a replacement, I received an email 4 days later saying the pen is sold around the world and is extremely robust the likelihood of it being a manufacturers fault unlikely but more likely my fault 😡 they advised I contact the supplier who would investigate if it was deemed a manufacturer fault !! They refused to replace my faulty pen and told me to order another ! Having already paid £160 this month for a faulty pen I have not the funds or the will on principle to reorder with them and told them as much. In a competitive market with many suppliers offering this service, some at lower prices I will never order from them again, terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost.

We are pleased to hear that the order was processed and delivered quickly and we are genuinely sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience following this. From reviewing our correspondence we can see that we received your initial message outside of our working hours over the weekend and that we responded when we reopened on Monday. It is never our intention to assign any blame when there is an issue with a device and please be reassured that the process we followed is by no means a refusal to help, but rather a very important step when a potential device issue is reported to us, as involving the manufacturer is crucial for a number of reasons which we will explain further shortly. In the interim we made clear that we were more than happy to provide a resolution to support you during the manufacturer's investigation. Wegovy pens are manufactured and quality controlled by Novo Nordisk, if we are unable to identify the source of an issue with a device (which we are usually able to resolve so the pen can start being used again immediately) it is best practice for the manufacturer to be contacted in the first instance as this helps ensure that any potential faults with a device are formally investigated in full. The manufacturer can then assess if the issue is caused by handling or if any other batches are affected by a fault, can recall these if needed, then fix the issue to ensure no one else is affected in the future. As we could not be sure on the cause of the damage following an internal quality assurance check on both our warehouse tracking and our partner courier delivery information where no possible cause for the defect you reported was identified, it was essential Novo Nordisk carry out their own assessment. They may have already received reports of a similar nature indicating a wider issue with a batch of pens and should this have been the case, they can provide us further guidance on how best to support customers in the future. Due to the nature of the products that we sell as an online pharmacy there are guidelines which we must responsibly follow while continuing to support our patients and we realise that our approach may be different to many other ecommerce businesses. However once Novo Nordisk completes their investigation, we are fully committed to acting in line with their findings. Should a manufacturing defect be confirmed, we will be happy to arrange a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference, without delay.

I'm very impressed with The Independent Pharmacy for a couple of reasons. One: free postage. Two I've had at least 3 offers 10% off my injections. There is one company let's call them Nuts which says it's the cheapest. It isn't. They give you a one time reduction then it's full price. TIP are consistent with providing offers and let's just say every little helps on the weight loss journey. Well done guys.

The consultation we received suggests that when you placed your order, it only included a reorder for one of the items. We are keen to understand what went wrong - perhaps it may be due to the wording of our reminder emails, or there may be another problem we don't know about. Was very pleased with the quick turnaround and additional advice given by the pharmacist. However, having authorised the parcel to be put through my letterbox, the small item I ordered arrived in a huge cardboard box which did of course not fit!! I am not sure why there was quite so much unnecessary packaging and, having paid for express delivery and dealt with the necessary posting permissions, it was disappointing to have to wait another 3 days for Royal Mail to redeliver the item as a result of having been out on the first attempt.
