To offer some guidance, with every order we send 'Transactional' emails which confirm that an order has been received and dispatched, we then send a post purchase email which contains important information on the product you have purchased to demonstrate duty of care as a fully regulated Online Pharmacy. We also send out a follow-up email shortly after a parcel has been dispatched to check everything has been ok with your order when you receive it, which you can respond to if you experience any issues. This helps us ensure that any problems with orders can be resolved promptly or any questions which you have can be answered. Our intention is never to overwhelm customers with the emails we send, but simply to offer a robust line of support, which is appropriate and measured for the nature of business which we Operate. Once you unsubscribe from our emails, you will only receive the transactional emails related to your purchases, so if there has been an issue here our Customer Services team will reach out to you to try to resolve this for you.
