“Only three stars because the tiny bottle was packaged in such a huge box that it couldn’t go through our letterbox and we ended up waiting five days for the post to redeliver!!!! It should should’ve been put in a small jiffy bag.”

Hi Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback via a review. We are sorry to hear that your parcel took longer than expected to reach you and wanted to offer some further advice. Currently we send items in hard shell packaging as standard as this helps ensure the medication arrives with you sealed and undamaged. The boxes which we use in our warehouse are designed to align with the various parcel sizes stipulated by Royal Mail, and we can only ship items in a box which is large enough to accommodate the full order without warping the packaging in any way. We will confirm in the checkout whether your parcel is likely to fit through the letterbox, but this is dependent on other factors such as the size of your letterbox. For any future orders, if no one will be home to accept the delivery you may wish to update your delivery options with the courier directly by using the tracking information to ask for the parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. This should help the courier deliver the item to you promptly without the need for additional delivery attempts. We have also provided your feedback to our warehouse operations team who are always keen to see if there are further ways that we can support our customers to receive their parcel as quickly and safely as possible and this has been discussed at a senior leadership meeting already. “Very good. The level of questions were correct and to the point. Sometimes a photo of the condition was required which I think is a good thing as it shows the triage process isn't being avoided. Fast delivery also. Customer service team are 'on the ball'.”
