Normally I'm very satisfied but this time it was a more urgent thing so I paid extra for next day delivery and it still arrived within the 2 day period. I was annoyed I paid extra and got the medicine at the same speed I normally get it when I pay standard delivery. By the time it arrived I didn't need it as it was an anti nausea med so money wasted really

The estimated delivery timescale for this service is 1-2 working days and the courier tracking history indicates that the order was delivered within the estimated timescale, on Friday 5th November. We offer a range of delivery services allowing our customers to select the most appropriate service to meet their specific needs and budget. From the Standard Royal Mail tracked service (£2.95) to the Special guaranteed services (£8.95-£10.45); you may wish to consider a guaranteed service if you require your treatment promptly. Independent Pharmacy provided an efficient, quick and good value service however, the most important thing for me was the prescription order itself which was a short date - disappointing.

I have tried Cortisone cream for my 10p size ringworm on my leg. This did not work, so I am now trying 2% w/w cream. I have been using it twice a day for two weeks, but so far there has been no improvement. Are you able to make any further suggestions?

I understand that checks need to be in place when dispensing medication but the process was not straightforward. It's frustrating when payment is taken then the order is refused, leaving the customer to chase the company. Not a stress-free experience.

I can see that your order was placed Monday evening on the 17th May and it was dispatched the next working day (Tuesday 18th May) on the Royal Mail Express service; with delivery the next day (Wednesday 19th May). In addition, We do not actually receive payment from your provider until the order has been clinically approved and is dispatched. We work hard to ensure that all treatments provided are safe and effective and it was necessary to confirm your identity (a legal requirement) as you were ordering medication for the first time. Please be reassured that your account is marked as verified and you will not encounter any problems in the future. In addition, as a regulated UK pharmacy, it was necessary to confirm that you were based within the UK, as we are not permitted to dispatch medication outside of the UK. Our clinical team remains available to you if you require any further guidance and we welcome your return.

A bit on the slow side and they do not always have everything in stock. I wil give it another try but to be honest, I it is much easier to use my local Chemist attached to our Doctors and they deliver if requied.

This service has an estimated delivery timescale of 1-2 working days; the tracking history indicates that your order was delivered the next morning (Friday 30th April). As a registered pharmacy, we use the same wholesalers as the main high-street pharmaceutical chains and our website contains a live stock level. In addition, we endeavour to source specific prescribed medication (private/NHS) for our customers. Occasionally, a manufacturer may advise that specific products is being discontinued or have become subject to a national shortage. Thankfully, I can see that there was no availability issues with the treatment you required. Ordered twice and twice i was said that the prescription from my doctor was not received by email while it was sent. so quite a lot of logistics to get my medications. Personnel is very nice but fact remains fact: i had 2 days delay when i needed medications faster. Thanks

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00; therefore, the earliest that this prescription could be reviewed was Monday 19th April. Your prescription was reviewed by our clinical team Monday afternoon. Our dispensary team received your clinically approved order, after the 15.00 cut-off period; therefore, your order was dispatched the next working day (Tuesday 20th April). I can see that your order was dispatched on Tuesday 20th April on the Royal Mail express service, with delivery the next day. Our dispensary team promptly responded to your email dated Tuesday 20th April to confirm the planned dispatch. Good Afternoon Martin, Thank you for feedback; I am sorry to hear that you felt our packaging for your order was excessive. It was necessary to send your treatment in this size cardboard box to avoid product damage. The nearest alternative sized box would not accommodate your order, due to the depth of the treatment. I am happy to say that we have a responsible environmental approach to packaging; we have moved away form using plastic carrier bags and all of our boxes are recyclable. If packing chips are required, please be reassured that they are made from potato starch rather than polystyrene. They will dissolve in water and they are compostable. I can see that your order was dispatched on Monday 12th April on the Royal Mail Express service; with a next day delivery.
