“I really needed some strong steroid cream urgently for a skin condition and couldn't get to see a doctor soon. I found the questionnaire sensible and not intrusive and the response was very fast, together with a note from the prescribing doctor. This is the second time I have used IP, and I would recommend them to anyone struggling to get prescription medication in a timely way.”
