“I bought antibiotics for a really bad sinus infection that had been going on for months. My doctor only gave me a nasal spray. I have now finished the course and it is great to be pain free. I shan't hesitate to use the pharmacy again.”

“Really good service I needed antibiotics but could not get an GP appointment, told to go to A&E for a ear infection they told me to go to my GP so this loop is not working Independent Pharmancy were brilliant and now my ear is cleared so fully recommend them”

“Very unhappy the tablets arrived and they were not the ones I ordered.I sent them straight back to the pharmacy unopened still sealed in medication box’s .with the tape on the boxes unbroken.And I have now received a email saying I will not receive any refund after spending £30 on medication.I don’t recommend using these as I wasn’t even offered the pill that I requested.And no question on why I was sending them back.Or why I needed a certain make.”

The medication supplied was a clinically suitable generic equivalent that contains the same active ingredient at the same strength, however we appreciate that brand preference can be important and that this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for. We’re sorry that this wasn’t clearer and that we didn’t have the opportunity to discuss your preference with you before the order was dispatched.
