“Very simple to find what I need, knowing it will be delivered within 2 days. I like the process of having a photo of the affected area to ensure I’m getting the correct treatment. Far easier than waiting for a Doctors appointment.”

“You pay a premium but you get the medicine you need ASAP without having to try and get a gp appointment which can be a nightmare. I will definitely use independent pharmacy again in future when needed.”

“Excellent screening process. I felt safe and confident of the product. The tablets arrived bang on time, started them straight away and completed the course as instructed. They worked well clearing up a surprisingly nasty sinusitis infection I just couldn't shake. Thank you.”

“I have used The Indepent Pharmacy before & have found them to be very efficient & helpful . Needed urgent help with a UTI infection , no help from GP's surgery or NHS in general . The pharmacy quickly diagnosed me & swiftly sent antibiotics , complete recovery ! Many thanks , will use again next time it happens .”

“I was under the impression that my delivery was letterbox safe but as the parcel measured 8.5 inches x 6 inches deep no way would it go in a letterbox ...I'm happy with the item but not the delivery....collect plus was not on offer or else I would have chose that option.”

From your comments, it seems the part of the checkout that explains whether a parcel is likely to fit through the letterbox wasn’t as clear as we would like. “Letterbox safe” is a term we use to confirm that it’s safe for a parcel to be posted through the letterbox (for example that no children or pets could access the medication inside). This question appears when you select your delivery address. We understand how this could be confusing, as the information about whether the parcel will actually be letterbox‑sized is shown separately when you choose your delivery service. We really appreciate you highlighting this, and your suggestion about offering additional delivery options has also been noted. Your feedback has been passed on to our website and operations teams for consideration when we next review our courier contracts and update our site, as this helps us improve both our communication and understand more about the delivery choices customers are looking for.
