“Good recommendation by in house doctor to prescribe a different treatment for condition that worked , can be a little bit expensive for some products is the only downside , all in all good service , fairly fast delivery 🚚 times , and good communication”

“Really helpful, can’t fault them at all. I had an ear infection, called for 2 days and could not get a Dr’s appointment. Independent pharmacy made getting the medication I needed so stress free at a time when I felt rubbish. The medication was delivered the next day. Thank you!”

The product that you have purchased is a generic medication that is manufactured by a variety of different companies but it is important to note that the active ingredient within the medication remains identical. As a regulated online pharmacy, we will only source medication from responsible and reputable suppliers, often the same as the traditional high street pharmacies, many of which will also stock a variety of generic medications from a range of brands. Where possible we do provide the item pictured on our website however underneath the image on our website we will advise: The brand supplied may vary. Please contact us if you require specific brands. The reason for this is because we may occasionally substitute a generic or unbranded product depending on stock availability from our wholesalers, at the time. However I do understand that you may wish to have a specific brand provided that you have used successfully previously and we are always happy to accommodate this where possible. Our support team have contacted you to help further to ensure that we can rectify this for you. We will also note your account so that on any future orders your preferred brand is provided to ensure you are happy with the future medications being provided.

“Considering it was for otc medications, not sure why the questions have to be quite so involved, or why when ordering a second different item - which I eventually gave up on and got from amazon, the questionnaire part started again from scratch. I didn't even try to order the third item on my shopping list, as I couldn't be bothered to keep filling in the questions with the same answers. These were all over the counter items, one slightly harder to get than the other two. So I only ordered the harder to get item. But once you got through that bit it was a quick service, they kept me informed of the postage progression etc.”

“I was glad to get the Benylin 4 flu tablets from you, as I couldn't get them any where else I tried. However as I am a retired Pharmacist myself, I'm definately not happy getting medicines on line. W.Rhodes.”
