“Good record supplying easily accessed medication. Unable to supply specific brands, this being a common failing across the majority of Uk pharmacies that are not attuned to their customers needs. The attitude is ..... you will take what we want to sell you. For this reason I now tend to use Boots who have much better access to products. This is of top importance t me as I am overly sensitive to medications.”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for providing us with your feedback on your order, we are very sorry to see that you were not satisfied with the product that you received. Many products that we sell are 'generic' medicines, and this was the case with the product that you ordered. It is important to note that generic medications will always contain the same active ingredient and will be appropriate to use to treat the condition which you advised us off on your consultation. To ensure that customers are appropriately informed that generic medications may be sourced from a number of manufacturers, we do advise on the relevant product pages that the manufacturer of the treatment supplied may vary from the image we use for illustrative purposes. This is dependent on availability of particular brands from the suppliers whom we use. We also ensure that we offer customers the opportunity to contact us if they would like us to supply a particular brand, our Customer Support Team are always happy to assist with these sorts of enquires to ensure that you only receive the medication that is right for you. As we did not receive any contact on this occasion, our Pharmacists approved the medication which you were sent as suitable. We have passed feedback to our Web Development Team based on this incident who will ensure that information is about generic medications is optimised and clear for our customers when they place their order. Our Customer Support Team will also reach out to you separately as we are keen to offer a resolution.
