“I would have given five stars, but cannot as they refused to send me the antibiotics I needed for cystitis, just because I was over the age limit. I managed to get them elsewhere and they cleared up the cystitis. I didn't feel well enough to get to my doctors & would have had to wait for an appointment anyway. The surgery won't even test a water sample unless the doctor requests it first. Waiting so long would have made it much worse!”

Each order is reviewed by a member of our clinical team because as a fully regulated online pharmacy, we want to ensure that all medication that we provide is safe, effective, and appropriate for our patients thus use a series of clinical guidelines to ensure a consistent decision is made for all of our patients. Due to the risk of complications, we are unable to treat urinary trace infections in patients who are over the age of 65 years. This is in line with the National guidelines which recommends referral to a GP for such cases. It would be advisable that you continue your treatment with your own GP as they will have full access to your medical records and can provide you with the necessary wrap-around care in a face-to-face environment. In cases where you are unable to get a GP appointment in time, we would recommend calling 111 for further advice support from NHS 111. I am sorry to see that we were unable to fulfil your order within our clinical guidelines and our support team has reached out to you directly to provide further support.
