“Great service as always from Brighton Beard co. There was an issue where I received firm moustache wax instead of extra firm. I had used the incorrect form and wondered why the hold wasn’t as strong as usual, then I saw the error.
I got in touch to make them aware of the mistake and got a reply a couple of days later apologising and being told the correct product would be with me soon and I could keep the incorrect product to use on emergencies.
