“I only have the one gripe. 😐 I bought two gift vouchers for my son in laws and didn’t realise that they would be sent by email. I would have been happy to pay postage for actual vouchers that I could have handed over.
Apart from that, both my bearded SiLs will be delighted.
Maybe a choice between email vouchers and ‘actual’ vouchers would be good.

Hi Lisa, As you I'm sure you know royal mail have been striking on and of for a while now and unfortunately this has caused huge delays their end - we used them for 10 years without problem, even through a global pandemic - strikes at the busy time of year and the disregard for small business's and they're customers means that in future we'll be looking at alternatives - striking over black Friday is outrageous, the single busiest day of the year. sorry that this has effected you and hoping your product has since arrived! if not give me a shout.

Great product,and this question has been answered by Georgina. The only thing is being of a certain older age I am restricted to use because being beeswax it has an inherent yellow colour which shows and to be honest gives a yellow tinge. Before I discovered your great company I used Capt Fawcett. Their product was very hard and I found needed a little pre heat, but it is off white in colour. Rather than waste it I blended it with your wax and it did reduce the yellowing , please take it as an observation and not a from a complaint,many thanks and seasons greeting to all”
