The Live Chat didn't work either so had to send an email. Once they did receive my complaint it was dealt with very quickly and the item replaced without any charge so I would use this company again.”

“I've previously bought the beard balm product while managing initial growth of beard. More or less one year into beard growth and swapped to using the oil. It's made a huge difference, completely surprised not to discredit the balm but I have very thick beard and substantial walrus moustache and the oil is much better to work with gives the beard much better texture and easier to help even style or trim. Using multiple times daily so likely to re order. To note the oil also has great smell but not overwhelming where its causing issues in the mustache, the balm has this tendancy”
