“I contacted The Branded Company to enquire about pens for my wedding. Sam Lane replied promptly & was so helpful. I felt my request for a large quantity of pens, in a variety of colours but all branded the same (with our names, wedding date and two images) may be a random request. But Sam was faultless, replied quickly and accommodated everything I asked. The whole process from first enquiry, a proof being sent through to receiving my pens was faster than I thought it would be. I will definately be contacting Sam in the future for any branded products we need for our business or the charities I volunteer for. Thank you!”

“Sam Lane was brilliant. I called late one afternoon in a flap as I needed 300 hessian bags that the company sold. I didn't need the branding just the bags for first thing the next day. Sam pulled out all the stops, called the depot, arranged a courier with no to time to spare at all. Great product, great service. Thank you Sam, we made it!”

“Firstly, I just want to say that Sam Lane was a totally legend. My emails were answered so promptly and my experience was made so positive by their great attitude. Even when my initial choice was not in stock and my lack of planning meant that I needed the items a lots sooner; Sam made sure that there was an alternative available and sent new proofs immediately. This was also done at a lower cost, which was a bonus. Great company, great product, great service. Will definitely use again.”

“You can tell a company, but how it performs when something has gone wrong. I ordered a load of pens with torches on them (advertising my electrical company). Unfortunately, some of the lights didn't work. I got in touch with Chet at The Branded Company and send him a video and the numbers that didn't work. He responded within the hour apologising and letting me know there was a rerun of the number that didn't work. Ture to Chet' word, I received the replacements today, Every one of the replacements worked. Next time I need advertising products, I will have a look and see what they have then email Chet first, so he can keep an eye on my order.”

“Great service from start to finish! When I made my initial enquiry they were quick to respond with prices and delivery options. Once a product was picked, we received a sample to inspect it and agree we are happy with the quality. Then we picked the colour and printing area, they emailed us suitable proof to inspect. We received the product a week after completing the payment and we are extremely happy with how it has turned up. Would use their services again.”
