“Really good customer service from Alex. He's fast to reply and gets your inquiries and orders processed quickly. I've ordered from them several times and the service and product quality is always great. Easy to get on the phone too (which is rare). Would 100% recommend for branded packaging.”

“We have used The Branded Company several times when preparing for events with our students. I’ve always dealt with Steve Worthy and he has always been extremely professional, helpful and friendly. We’ve had a range of products created with our label ranging from lanyards, notebooks and pens. Everything has always arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend.”

“Whenever I contact Steve for merchandise, he always makes life so easy. I have very little contact when ordering but I know they will deliver often ealrier than expected and with great quality. Always mentiosn offers and other merch that they can do for a discounted price (offers). Great Service, Zero Complaints!”

“I have received outstanding support and kindness from Dylan since my first email of contact. Dylan has truly gone above and beyond in making my wish to help other cancer patients smile at UHDB become a reality…I can’t thank him enough. “We ordered the 5m Tape Measure and Carpenters Pencils. When the final proof image came through and it needed adjusting, Sam dealt with the issue straight away. Products were both good quality, our products came just after a week, what's great for personalised products, and the customer services was great.”

“This is the second time using the Branded Company and they were brilliant! They had our previous orders on file - even after a year had passed - and made the process of reordering very easy, with the merchandise itself being high quality.
