Dear Mario Thank you for sharing your feedback. My name is Chet, and I’m the Sales Manager. I wanted to personally address the concerns you raised regarding the delivery of your t-shirts. Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and I appreciate you taking the time to bring it to our attention. To clarify what happened: • For the first shipment, there was an error in the postcode, which unfortunately led to the package being delivered to the wrong location. This was our mistake, and we accepted full responsibility at the time, along with issuing an apology and arranging for a replacement shipment. • For the second shipment, the correct postcode and a contact number were provided. However, the courier (DPD) was unable to deliver the package on two occasions as no one was available to receive it. Consequently, the package was returned to us. Once we were made aware, we worked with you to arrange delivery to an alternative address, where the t-shirts were successfully delivered as per the tracking information. Although the second delivery was delayed, this was due to access issues beyond our control. However, I completely understand how this may have added to your frustration, and I truly appreciate your patience as we resolved the matter. We are always striving to provide the best possible service, and I want to reassure you that we take feedback like this seriously to ensure we improve for the future. “Received our company branded enamel pin badges we ordered earlier in the month. It was a very tight turnaround time as we needed the pins for a trade show this weekend, but Sam and the team delivered them as promised (and faster than their competitors could guarantee, hence why I tried our The Branded Company in the first place). Really happy with the results too. The quality is great and the service has been above and beyond. Sam emailed as soon as the package was delivered to check we received the delivery OK and to ensure we were happy. Can say any better. Would definitely use again.”
