We are the only realistic temporary tattoo brand on the market! Other brands merely offer tattoo stickers, which may leave you disappointed. On the other hand our temporary tattoos are so realistic, they have been known to fool friends and cause upset among parents, which is exactly the reaction we are aiming for.

Our tattoos have been hand-drawn, slightly out of focus, designed by skilled tattoo artists and designers so that once applied, it looks like the ink is under the skin, just like a real tattoo.

Since it depends on postal services and customs, we really have no control over how much time it will take. Your order was dispatched on 25th of September and it is most likely still on its way to you. We understand that waiting for the order to arrive can be annoying and we do apologize if it has caused you any inconvenience. Tracking option is available at the checkout for the customers but sadly wasn't chosen for this order. Not satisfied from the quality of products. Products would last maximum 2 days on skin. Followed every instruction and took extra care of them while on but pealed of after 24 hours. This occurred to 3 different people that applied the tattoos on and we all followed the instructions. There should of been some kind of refund policy since it’s advertised that tattoos last for 1-2 weeks. I just feel that as a customer making a large purchase I have been taken advantage of since the quality is extremely poor and the tattoo lasted 1 -2 days max. I had a few questions regarding delivery times etc and lady was able to respond to all emails. This is the only positive feedback that I can give :/ Despite the large amount spent (around 120 pounds no discount or gift was offered) I wish I could have read previous customers comments but was not able to find any. Overall extremely unsatisfied with purchase and products quality . If this feedback is seen from customer service I hope they make some kind of effort to offer a refund as an apology. Please note that We didn’t expose tattoos to large amounts of water and didn’t rub the area when we took a quick shower. We even took a shower first and then when skin was dry we applied the tattoo.

We always do our best to make sure our customers are happy and have gladly done so in this case as well, from making certain that the order in question was delivered urgently and by a specific date, to communicating everything honestly and directly, to discounting significantly the fast shipping fee based on your request. Tattoo longevity depends on many factors, from skin pH to natural oiliness. How long the tattoo will last is merely a reflection of the combination of these factors and not of the product quality. There may have been some misunderstanding on what we advertise in this sense. Our estimate is based on the overall experience of our customers and our FAQ page clearly states that the tattoos usually last between two and seven days. We do feel that the dissatisfaction you described most likely stems from the expectations exceeding what we advertise rather than the products themselves. Along with that and other information, reviews are visible on our homepage and available for everyone interested in our products and services. Making sure that everything is done to ensure a great experience for each of our customers is paramount for us and we do hope that you will decide to give our tattoos another try. Hope this helps. Didn’t stay on despite not rubbing. Wasn’t told they didn’t have the aftercare before buying. Wouldn’t recommend this product.

Although we maintain that our tattoos can stay on the skin for up to a week on average, this is of course highly individual and depend on a myriad of factors. We understand that this not happening can be a cause for frustration and dissatisfaction. The mattifying gel which standardly accompanies every order made on our website is unfortunately temporarily unavailable due to a supplier issue which we are working on fixing as soon as possible. We made this disclaimer in an order confirmation email sent to all of our customers. I find it not nice that you cannot track your parcel, I waited for my delivery to arrive for more than 2 months 2 and is quite frustrating not to be able to follow up. I know the products are amazing, but this is a terrible point. I purchased almost 100€ worth of material, so I think I deserve to be able to know where my money is traveling... I almost find it disrespectful that you have to pay extra on top of all extras for a tracking number. On any other website where you purchase stuff, this service is included...

We are very sorry to hear that your order wasn't delivered faster and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. On our FAQ page, we did state that delivery to EU countries takes anywhere between 7 and 15 working days. Unfortunately, since Royal Mail went on a strike, due to the backlog of orders, many deliveries were delayed both within the UK and EU. As we mentioned in the declaimer on our FAQ page, we are doing our best to be as expedient as we can but sadly, we cannot affect the delivery once the order is out of our hands. We do appreciate the patience of customers who have found themselves in the situation where their order is taking maybe longer than it should, and hope they will have understanding for the unfortunate circumstances in which we are doing our best to lessen the effects of the strike. I would never recommend this site to anyone . My product was delivered late and the product was completely destroyed . Despite my communication with customer service and providing photos . I was told that neither the company nor fed ex would assume responsibility . I asked for a refund and I was given a refund minus $20 for shipping . I basically paid $20 to receive trash in a package. It was 100% the fault of TattooedNow. They sent me a very fragile item 2 sheets of paper with my tattoos on them . They shipped these loose inside a soft package .they claimed in 10 years they had never had an issue . Well my product was destroyed and they could have avoided this entire issue by packaging the pieces of paper securely between 2 small pieces of cardboard, or simply by using a small box . I’m not sure how incompetent a company must be to do business for 10 years and still have not thought of this basic improvement . DO NOT use this company . There are plenty of better companies . Don’t waste your time, energy, or money on this headache .

Although we are sorry that you feel that way, sadly, since so little of this review matches what was said and how everything transpired, we believe it deserves to be addressed on each account. The average transit time to the US is five days and with this one taking six to be delivered, the delivery clearly happened within the expected time frame. We notified you of its dispatch on the day it happened and received no complaints. What we distinctly made clear is that all of our products are and have always been shipped in clear packing for their protection. Same applies to bespoke orders which come in A4 sheets, closed in clear packaging first and then tucked in tight FedEx envelopes, leaving no room for transfers to be  ̋loose ̋ at any point. This has proved to be more than a safe way to ship our products globally and hasn’t caused any issues or complaints in ten years we’ve been doing this, let alone something of the magnitude of inexplicable damage we were shown. Throughout our correspondence on this issue, we have repeatedly apologized and expressed how shocked we were with what we see, how sorry we are for any problems it may have caused and couldn’t have been clearer on the fact that we put trust in customer’s account which is why both options of refund on the product or free reprint were offered. Despite the highly unusual circumstances we were presented with, related to the damage, everything but shipping was refunded in full, no questions asked, in total of 71.00. We would have gladly refunded the shipping fee as well, had the delivery been late, as it was intentionally misrepresented in the review along with other details, or had there been any evidence that the courier caused the damage. With neither being the case and FedEx providing clear evidence of delivery without any issues, we were unable to refund that charge, which we explained kindly and patiently in detail. As a company we are always open for communication in hope of finding the best solution for every customer. More importantly, we take accountability when responsible for a mistake. Knowing we have done our best to help fix the issue, we are sorry that a mutually satisfactory solution couldn’t have been reached. Having said that, there are those who, despite our fairness and honesty, still feel it is acceptable to intimidate and threaten with bad reviews if they do not get what they want. We are proud of the amazing products we work hard on to create and a great service we provide and we will not be bullied into this type of the situation. We are appreciative of the fact that hundreds of our most discerning customers, largely makeup artists and movie professionals, do trust this company and the fact that they have continued to do so for many years as returning customers, we believe speak for itself. When it comes to tattoos peeling off after a day, there can be several reasons for this. Most often it happens if all the steps in the instruction found on the back of the tattoo are not followed. Aside from that, there are always factors unique to each individual's skin, like ph, natural oiliness etc. which can contribute to the tattoo not adhering as well as expected. Hope this was helpful. As advertised on our website, our tattoos are purposely made with non- sharp finish which gives the slight blurry effect once applied, and gives a temporary tattoo a look of the real one on the skin. Sometimes, when observed solely on the paper this is met with disappointment by those customers whose expectation and ideas of a tattoo with crisp, sharp finish weren't met with our products. I bought the Viking Set of tattoos and half of the set were so blurry that I couldn't use them. I contacted the customer service team and they said that is normal and that "Unfortunately this text had to be discarded from the Vikings range ( as we needed to put a description that is related to the Viking series itself ) so you probably didn't see it." I asked for a half refund, as the other half of the tattoos I could and did use for a costume, but I did not get a response.

Placed an order on Monday 20th September, but despite receiving a confirmation email at 12.52, the item wasn't shipped until Thursday the 23rd. And as of 30th September, it hasn't yet arrived. Shame the shipping is poor on this occasion, because the products look really good. Hoping my situation will be corrected with a full refund.
