Customers should be reassured that Forces Uniform and Kit will honour any request for full refunds of any initial payments including delivery charges. The negative review above was left before we had the opportunity to refund and we apologised to this customer for that delay.

“German Para/Combat Boots. Super Grade. Buy these boots. No flashy composite, side-zip, “tactical boot”. Simple old school, totally reliable, tough military boots. They will take you up and down a mountain, all day and all night. Look like they are fresh out the stores. I would expect to pay £250 for a similar spec/quality boot down the outdoors shop. Excellent service, ordered Wednesday afternoon, arrived first thing Friday. Buy these boots.”

“I tried to place a order for some trousers, when I came to pay, I could not place the order, as it requires a mobile phone number. Now I have chosen to live without a mobile phone so I cannot order from them! When I emailed a complaint to get this sorted, I got a terse, ignorant, email basically saying ho hum. There were no questions regarding what the problem was? How could it be sorted out? All I can say is that you have lost a customer because of your bone idol attitude towards customer care or lack of in this case!”

“I bought a pair of combat boots. They didnt arrive for 2 months, so I emailed back and forth with the company. they told me they'd fix it, they never did. I never got my combat boots, nor did I get a refund. They eventually stopped replying.”

“Bought a pair of Grade 1 Meindl boots for our son which lasted 6 months before both soles fell off. Requested a replacement but not part of their T&Cs. Not sure how that represents Grade 1 quality?”

“Bought x2 German Para boots for £18 each, for myself and my daughter for hiking, they was meant to be Grade 1, came looking like brand new, very impressed, tried them on and perfect fit, no issues at all, quick service, if you want good boots at a budget price buy these, I highly recommend this seller, will be putting an order in again for more goods, Thank you Forces Uniform and Kit, recommended you to my family and friends, great for airsofters too!”
