“Sunrise Tools supply my company SJPOINTER with various tools, diamonds blades and mortar raking machines for years and I have to say that they always come on time never been left without support if you need one or if something happens with machines they always help ( replace very quickly) I wish all companies does like Sunrise Tools. Very highly recommend them.Thank you Szczepan SJPOINTER”

“Reluctantly paid £8.24 postage,for 2 small mortar cutter's,as I needed them urgently.For that price,I expected next day delivery,but 2 days later,they still haven't arrived.Royal mail 1st class would cost £2.05 for next day delivery.Surely small items could be sent at a more reasonable rate.Not impressed.”

David we have spoken on this matter and appreciate your understanding of the circumstances that caused your DHL delivery to be delayed. On the wider issue of a lower-cost delivery service, our volume of small items suitable for the post is too low for Royal Mail to make a collection from our premises. Using any other delivery service would see charges close to DHL but unlikely to match the quality of service theydeliver. We will continue to look for alternatives and as the company grows, other possibilities may emerge.
