“FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE strugled to work out how to fit termite mortar raking, rangthem and got dend a video taken there and then as how to do it also, bought a mortar raking chisel and one of the tips has already broken off, emailed Sean who replied almost immidietaly next thing Duro-Yokota send me a replacement. NOW, this is what a call service thank you Roland”

“A brilliant piece of kit. Works well. Only problem I had was I was trying to fit with the DeWalt ring to a DeWalt tool but didn't fit but luckily there was a few different rings and one of them worked. Great adaptation to reduce dust and flying debris. Price is a little high but you get what you pay for and it's all quality. I imagine I will wear through the plastic flex tube before this job is out because it is constantly rubbing on the wall but already though of that and wrapped duct tape around the flex tube to reduce wearing to the tube. Over all 100% recommended”
