“Clearly an innovative company with so many of its own tools. Very fast delivery, ordered Monday at 11 pm, item was delivered at 1 pm on Wednesday by Royal Mail. Good payment options too, paid by Apple Pay so didn't even have to enter my details or address with the delivery cost auto-refreshed once it had my location, with the option to still choose the delivery option within the Apple Pay screen.”

“Doing a big pointing job. Grinding out with a diamond blade. Dust everywhere. Did some research on Google and found Sunrise tools. Fairly soft morter so bought a couple of tungsten morter rakes. Not only did they cut down on the dust they actually did a better job. Hardly any wear on the tool itself.”

“not satisfied with your delivery....it seems that DHL does not have a map and does not understand where to deliver the purchase for a whole week.....DHL says there is no such address .... it is difficult for them to even check on Google Maps....I updated the address for the third time and still within the parcel...”

Darius. sorry you had issues with the delivery. We had noted it was being delayed but all indications were that you were in contact with DHL and as you had not alerted us, we assumed all was under control.
