“Unfortunately, not the best experience. I have used the page calculator and ordered 9 box, as indicated. However, around 20 pieces arrived broken. Hence, there were no enough pieces to finish the work. I have sent an e-mail message, asking help on whether order 1 or half box, but haven't got an answer so far. Will still wait a couple of days.”

“Happy with the product - although the slips do look a little darker than the samples that were sent. Not happy with the lack of communication. Paid £60 for delivery within 3-5 working days and 3 days after ordering had a phone call to say delivery would be on Tuesday of the following week (this would’ve been the 5th working day). I took the day off work and waited in all day - no delivery, no contact to inform me of delay etc. I emailed Slips in Stock and had no reply….still to the day. On the Thursday a delivery driver arrived unannounced so my teenage son had to deal with the delivery as I was at work. Multiple slips were broken (luckily we needed a few end pieces), packaging was damaged and all of the bricks were very wet and had to dry out before installation. In all honesty I’m not one to moan but customer service is shocking.”

“Our pallet arrived with a notice on top stating do not stack but you could visibly see when a form lift truck had removed a pallet that had been stack on top Due to this the forks had damaged several of the items and broken a few of the brick slips”

“The actual company and the product we're good but the items were lost due to DHL not even trying to deliver the items to my address and lazily just dumping at an undisclosed address. Then trying to get in touch with DHLs "none existent customer service"was near impossible . Potentially the most deliberately unhelpful company I have ever had to deal with.”

“Lovely brick slips, although two arrived damaged and delivery was expensive. I did contact to cancel the order when I realised delivery was £60. But I didn’t hear back from anyone and they were delivered regardless.”

“The product itself is good, no issue. But, the delivery was not up to standard at all. Although the goods had been covered with black plastic it was obvious the pallet had been left out in the rain. The adhesive and mortar packets were soaked through and the paper outer just pulp, the mix etc directions illegible as the paper had detiorated. The slips are generally packed well, but I lost 3 corners plus 2 straight slips as they are broken through probably through the handling. The delivery guy though was most helpful.”

“The delivery was spot on, on time and as describred, my only negitive coment was the amount of breakages in the boxes , one box has 6 broken slips in. packaged well but no the less to many breakages for my liking.”

“A lot of slips came broken lucky we ordered more and had enough. Carriage is extortionate. Prices are expensive too. Ordered a separate bag of mortar still waiting for delivery even though was promised before Christmas. If you use this company you might be dissatisfied with the courier prices and time frame”

“Very pleased with the slips we bought for our fireplace the look really good. The slips are reasonably priced but very expensive delivery which did not require a pallet as only bought two boxes. I think this may have also delayed the delivery”

“products are good although the descriptions on the bags for sq m are way off. bough 1 bag of mortar for pointing ended up needing 2 more and had to pay extra £20 delivery charge after order £700 worth of product.”

“Ordering a sample no probs very pleased, but when I rang to place an order by phone,I was told they didn't take them it was on line only. Someone like myself who had never purchased anything like these a bit of help would have been welcome.”
