The bricks we received were lovely. However the adhesive and mortar were out of date casuing the sandstone mortar to be incorrect colour and the bricks have started falling off the wall! We have tried to contact you and you have not replied. It would be greatly appreciated if you get in contact to sort this out!

The Slips are great and are exactly what I need but they took a long time to get to me - almost two weeks. I'll hold on to them and use them again as the clientthey were for has decided on a different material

Phoned them as the colour of the bricks wasn’t anything like the pictures. Was told to send a picture which we did but they never got back to us. Stuck with bricks.

Brick colour didn’t match match the website photos or description. Customer service didn’t attempt to resolve the issue.

Only ordered samples, took over a week to get here and when it did, all the samples were broken and in pieces...... certainly didn't entice me to purchase!

Started off well, samples arrived quickly and well packaged, but when I came to order within 48 hours they were out if stock. Used online help to ask when new stock available, I got no answer, so all in all disappointing after a promising start.

Good clear website and initial communication was fine but it is now 31 days since my order was "processed" but the item has still not been received.

Still waiting for samples can’t do the job until customer has decided which slips to go for I hope when I order for the whole job it doesn’t take this long (over 2 weeks )

Ordered slips over 2 weeks ago and had to follow up with further inquiry to find out why. Hopefully it has been sorted?

Samples arrived quickly and in tact as they were well packed. Actual order arrived damaged as not well packed and took 2 weeks to receive replacements. I was however grateful to receive the replacements as the T&Cs state that over 10% of my order must be damaged in order to receive replacements. The Amazon voucher was never sent for tagging you on Facebook with photos of my finished project despite contacting you via email, Facebook messenger and on a Facebook Post. After sales service is shocking.

Price was ok Customer service average Wanted to add just 2 cases to my order and was told I had to cancel original order and reorder new amount. Cancelled order could take up to two weeks to be credited back.. Also made to jump through hoops to have damaged items sorted.

Ordered ok Delivered very quickly But just one question , why so many broken slips? Broken slips are about as useful as a handbrake on a canoe. Why can’t you send out whole ones? It’s what I paid for ! Rubbish dispatch and customer care ( without customers you’ll be known as unemployed)

Unable to rate the quality of the samples, however the service doesn’t appear to be great….ordered samples a week ago and still not received. Hopefully I will receive them soon and be able to edit this review with a positive feedback.
