“You can't send samples so - I can't place the order for approximately 9 metres ?”

“Not happy with this company at all I ordered slips online then was advised a week later that they did not have the stock and said it would take 6-8 weeks if I would like to continue, so I did then 14 weeks later I finally receive confirmation that brick slips are here. Then it gets delivered in a giant lorry that doesn't fit down my road after advising company of where I lived. Will not be using this company again.”

“Shocking service. Paid £60 delivery and numerous items arrived smashed. Upon contacting the customer service they were very unhelpful and not proactive around solving any issues. This resulted in them only being willing to refund me £6.40. Would not use this company again and would advise other to steer clear”

“I received a text message from DHLto say that our parcel has been delivered and signed for by Mrs Cook, however I was away for a few days so was not around for to take delivery. But to contradict this there was a picture of the parcel on a doorstep, so I went and checked all doorsteps six houses each way of mine and not a single matching doorway or doorstep. So I have not received my slips but would still like some samples”

“The brick slips are a different colour from a) how they appeared on the website b) any other weathered yellow London stock bricks so we've ended up with the wrong colour for our job and hundreds of pounds out of pocket. The returns policy is overly punitive and expensive. Very unimpressed and won't be using this supplier again.”

“The bricks looked good think the £60.00 delivery charge that is added on at the end was a rip off if I’d known I wouldn’t have bought them When they eventually arrived they were the wrong colour and most of them were broken made a phone call and to say they weren’t helpful is an understatement!”

HI Maria, Were sorry to see that you have left us a 1 Star rating for not receiving your samples, we have checked with our courier and they have attempted delivery twice, the 1st one was on the 10th October @ 11:17, and the second delivery was on the 11th October @ 12:19, both times they left a calling card, but as they have had no response from you they are sending the parcel back to us. We can resend the parcel back out if you wish, or we could send it to an alternative address if this is easier for you. Due to the cost of the samples (they cost us around £14 each to manufacture and send out) we do not leave them unattended.

“I requested a couple of samples approx 3 weeks ago that have never arrived, so its not the best customer service I’ve ever received. Doesn’t bode well for a 12m2 purchase, good job I’m not in a rush. Can’t answer the questions below apart from was the delivery on time which is obviously a no as never received anything. Hi Allison, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we are however somewhat confused regarding your comments, as we can see you haven't actually ordered any slips, only requested a free sample? We would love to hear more about your experience so we can investigate where the issue is, as we are assuming you have ordered from an alternative company, and then left us a review based on their products!?
